JOSEF HOLLOWAY

Josef Holloway heads up the Florida division of Comcast Spotlight's new creative agency, Mnemonic (www.mnemonicagency.com) Josef's aim is to provide a client centric, agency approach to creative development where learning about what makes our partners (and their customers) unique is most important. This approach helps generate dynamic marketing campaigns that engage audiences and deliver results.

Josef joined the Comcast family after a successful 20 plus year career working in a variety of challenging advertising agency, video production, television broadcasting, and consulting roles.
Prior to joining Comcast, Josef served as Managing Director at Tropic Survival Advertising and Marketing in Miami, where he led several major rebranding projects for companies including England Furniture Company (a La-Z-Boy Furniture Company) and the largest pediatric care group in the U.S., Pediatric Associates.

Additional success stories include helping create the brand story and identity for Concrete Beach Brewery (launched by The Boston Beer Company and Alan Newman, founder of Magic Hat). Today, all of these brands are more authentic and engaging thanks to Josef's efforts.

Josef has focused on telling compelling stories through video such as a multi-channel, video marketing campaign for LATAM Airlines Group during Art Basel and jingle development campaigns for Tropical Financial Credit Union and the largest volume Ford dealer in South Florida, Sawgrass Ford. His approach to creative production is deeply rooted in experience gained developing client centric solutions in sales management and as a front-line account executive.

A proud graduate of Talladega College, Josef is married to his lovely wife Shayla. Together they have 4 spirited children, Raven, Josef Michael, Shayla Morgan and Rhys Tristan.
